These Sale Terms, collectively referred to as the "Agreement," establish the framework governing the provision of services by MLNM Works Group, a duly registered Limited Company in the United Kingdom, hereinafter denoted as "MLNM,".

The general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to all technical and commercial proposals presented by MLNM Works Group for orders from professional customers (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer"). Placing an order implies the Customer's full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC. Any opposing conditions by the Customer cannot prevail without MLNM Works Group's formal and written acceptance. MLNM Works Group's non-enforcement of these GTC at a specific time does not waive its right to enforce them later. The Customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with these GTC by all its employees, agents, and representatives. The Customer also acknowledges receiving sufficient information and advice from MLNM Works Group before placing any order to assess the suitability of the Service Offer for their needs.

Section 3 - Services Encompassed in MLNM's Technical and Sales Proposals

3.3 Website Design & Creation

MLNM Works Group excels in the creation of visually striking and functionally robust websites. Our expert team ensures a tailored approach, aligning the website's design and functionality precisely with the client's specifications and business goals.

3.4 Website Maintenance

MLNM Works Group's commitment extends beyond initial website creation. Our dedicated maintenance services guarantee sustained optimal performance and security, providing clients with peace of mind as their online presence evolves.

3.5 Branding & Marketing Strategies

MLNM Works Group is not just a service provider; we are a strategic partner in elevating brand visibility. Our branding and marketing services are crafted to strategically position and promote the client's brand, ensuring a lasting impact in the competitive market landscape.

3.6 Promotional Material Design

MLNM Works Group's creative team specializes in crafting compelling promotional materials and advertisements. Each design is meticulously tailored to effectively convey the client's message, maximizing the impact of their products or services in the market.

The adherence to the terms outlined in this Agreement, including payment schedules and delivery timelines, ensures a seamless and mutually beneficial collaboration. Section 4 - Operational Fees and Cancellation/Postponement Policy

4.1 Operational Fees

Operational Fees, encompassing technical, legal, and logistical costs associated with a project or service, are clearly detailed in the initial proposal provided to the client. These fees are transparently included as part of the invoicing process, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the financial aspects of the engagement.

4.2 Cancellation or Postponement Policy

Our Operational Fees, covering technical, legal, and logistical costs, are explicitly outlined in the initial proposal and seamlessly integrated into the invoicing process for full financial transparency. Additionally, our Cancellation or Postponement Policy provides clarity on potential adjustments to project timelines.

Cancellations with less than 15 days' notice will incur a 35% billable amount, while those with 15 days or more notice will result in a 25% billable amount. Clients can request a project or service postponement for up to 31 days with written approval from MLNM Works Group. Requests exceeding this period will be subject to reevaluation, and any adjustments will be mutually agreed upon. This policy ensures fairness and open communication throughout our collaborative endeavors, fostering a smooth and mutually beneficial project experience.
