				Job Description:
MLNM Works Group is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Creative Assistant. This role is a unique blend of creativity and organizational skills, as the Creative Assistant will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction of our projects and managing communication and outreach efforts.
Responsibilities:
- 
				Collaborate with the creative team to generate ideas and contribute a fresh perspective to projects.
- 
				Assist in the development and execution of creative concepts, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project objectives.
- 
				Provide input on design elements, branding, and overall creative strategy.
- 
				Act as a liaison between clients and the MLNM Works team, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- 
				Manage client feedback and coordinate with the team to implement changes as needed.
- 
				Provide administrative assistance to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements.
Qualifications/ Skill Set:
- 
				Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- 
				Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 
				Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas.
- 
				Familiarity with Zoho CRM is beneficial.
