Job Description:
MLNM Talent is seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scouting, recruiting, and managing talent within the Music & Performing Arts industry. If you have a keen eye for exceptional talent and a knack for building relationships, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:

Proactively scout for emerging talent in the Music & Performing Arts industry.

Conduct auditions, interviews, and talent assessments to identify individuals with exceptional potential.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to talent, acting as a liaison between artists and clients.

Act as a liaison between clients and the MLNM Works team, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Collaborate with clients to understand their specific talent requirements and preferences.
Qualifications/ Skill Set:

Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the Music & Performing Arts industry.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge of industry trends, emerging artists, and key players.

Familiarity with Zoho CRM is beneficial.
Education:

GCSE English Literature: Grade C/4 or above

A-Level in Arts, Business, or a related field.
